1400 calories is too much [calorie intake] [quot]

Hi, I was not too hard
front, and I am still very young. But I was really happy with how I looked before (53 “and 140 lbs), especially when I was labeled” chubby “by my mother. I knew that already, but really hurt to hear someone actually say. Anyway, I changed my lifestyle by taking brisk walks 45 minutes twice a week and Pilates once a week 4. I also limit my to 1400. I lost an incredible 30 pounds to do that:) I weigh 110 now: bounce: I would love a few pounds (5-10) to lose, but I at least want to maintain this weight. If I stick to this routine, I will maintain my weight?

The 100 Calorie Diet – Wow!
Reply:congrats on your weight loss…if you keep doing what you are doing, the weight will probably continue to come off but at a much lower rate since you are at a good weight now. once you reach your goal weight, then you will probably have to up the calories or decrease the workout to keep from losing additional weight.

Reply:hi, i dont mean to sound rude or anything, but you said your still quite young, if your still growing then please do not diet unless your doctor says its ok and stick to whatever dietician tells you. dieting can cause deficiencies if not done properly, which can slow down growth. 1400 is no where near too much, and as long as your eating a balanced diet and excercising then its a safe amount to eat to loose weight at a steady pace

Hi,
sorry I'm not that young. I'm almost 21. I don't think I'm growing anymore, at least I hope not :)
