A diet for children and young people (help )! [diet plan] [thanx]
I was wondering if anyone knows of a diet for teens that want to help us lose weight in 3-4 weeks or watever. It is a vacation.

Reply:okay what i do is i eat 2bowls of cereal in the morning, then at lunch i have 2 poptarts or a sandwhich anything really, then for dinner maybe some chicken and potatos, and i dont eat after 6pm cuz i go to bed around 10, 11, 0r 12 pm therefore im hungry when i go to bed and i loose weight very fastly that way i dont no how healthy it is but thats just what i do. i hate exercise there for i dont unless i have to walk some where.
Reply:Well, first off, it depends on how much weight you want to lose. It isn't safe to lose more than 2lbs a week, and normally if you do things right you can easily lose 1 pound per week, so if you do that, after 3-4 weeks, you can lose 3-4 pounds. It's no fast task. I am a teen, (16 years) and have been on my own personal diet for a month. First, I found out how many calories I need to consume everyday, subtracted 500 from that, and that is how much I consume (SIDE NOTE* NEVER eat less than 1,200 calories a day, you start losing muscle then!) Anyways, I did that, and I make it a plan to exercise 4-5 times a week for at least 25-30 minutes. So far I have lost about 5 pounds doing all of this. It's slow, but believe me, even 5 pounds feels VERY rewarding! Good luck!
