Reply:I agree that taking drugs for weight loss is not the answer. I know it is cliche to say but you have to change your lifestyle and that is the only answer. Cut out sugar, go walking more/etc. Drugs will mess up your body and you'll wish you never tried them.
Reply:Amphetamines and associated derivatives are good for losing weight, there is no doubt about it – however, they are an absolutely terrible long-term decision for both your health and long-term weight loss – and ultimately your future with your new child.
Now is a time to be strong and upstanding and start to set examples for your child – yes, even now!!
Basically to lose weight, I'll give three categories:
1) Exercise, eat sporadically (and without care) and consume illicit drugs
2) Exercise, eat well
3) Exercises and eat optimally for maximal ABSORPTION of nutrients for nano-cellular rejuvenation (easier to do than it sounds!!).
Of the three choices above, undoubtedly the order of effectiveness is:
3
1
2
Your choice in the end. Let us know anything else,
LL
Reply:Collette,
I took a type of speed (I guess that what it was classified as) called Fastin for about 4 years. I quit taking it when I moved from that town and didn't have any withdrawals or anything like that. I then started taking Metabolife and it enabled me to keep the weight off just as well as the Fastin. Now that Metabolife is off the market I am looking for something that worked just as well for me…haven't found it yet.
Reply:and perfectly normal people get addicted to those drugs every day.
i agree with previous posters. don't stress about the extra weight. the baby will keep you plenty busy and active, and if you just moderate your diet a little bit, i doubt you'll have any trouble losing the weight. it might take a little longer than if you were drugged out, but trust me it'll be MUCH better for you and for the baby.
good luck.
That's basically what Phentermine, Fastin, etc. are. Perfectly normal people take those RX drugs everyday.
Reply:I think that taking speed, whether it's legal or not, is a REALLY BAD IDEA!!! Your child does not need a mom who is taking that type of drug…Please think twice before doing this!!! There are so many other safer options than what you are contemplating!
Reply::nono: NEVER take drugs for weight loss. You will cause yourself and your baby needless harm. There are many healthy ways to lose the weight, you just need to do it. Your baby needs you to be healthy and happy and if you are using illegal drugs, you are not healthy. Please look into other ways of losing weight before you do damage to your lives. If you eat right and excercise the weight will come off.

Please do not take illegal drugs to loose weight. You may end up addicted to them before you know it. Just diet and excersise. Do not do illegal drugs in an accempt to loose weight you will only regret it. Nothing good can come from doing these drugs.
