Ive already read many of the issues and everything is so interesting and everyone seems so nice. I replied a bit, but I think I should myself.
I him to enter 27 years old, married for almost 5 years and I have a 2 years old. Im 54 “and I weigh 189 pounds. . Funny thing is Ive always thought I was fat and needed to lose weight, even when I graduated from HS weigh 130 pounds. I would be happy to weigh that again and can not believe I thought I needed and then to lose weight. .
Anyway College and married on the pounds and I struggle all the time to lose. I WW, diet pills tried fasting, Atkins, grapefruit diet, personal trainer, mini meals, ive tried it all. I will be a small loss than gain back a bit to recover losses, etc. . Im sick of yo-yo dieting and I am ready something that works for me to find. I think these message boards and reading other peoples stories is a step in the right direction.

It will give you some idea of where you're over-eating and what you're over-eating. It's like the "big diet chief" that you have to answer to everyday.
I lost all my weight using it and am trying to maintain. My biggest diet tip ever is to eat the serving size of everything you eat. Look at all the packages of food. The serving size is on everything. Yep, a whole bag of chips isn't a serving.
If you can do that, eat the serving size, you will lose weight. I was looking for a way to maintain the weight once I lose it. I didn't want to continue counting anything once I got to a goal. I wanted to adopt habits that would become second nature to me in life. By eating the serving size, I've been able to maintain so far.
Now I'm not saying it's easy. I want that whole bag of chips. But with a little practice, it becomes part of your life.
What ever way you decide to go, good luck to you. It's hard but not impossible. Don't give up. Keep coming here for support and info.
