Reply:This has come up before on this board- if you search the boards you will find the other posts- but basically you can buy the Glucomannan — the active ingredient in Propolene at GNC and it will do the same thing, this is a hype, and has not been proven to work at all. The Glucomannan has had some results in tests, but not much is known about the long term yet.

They are not worth the money. You can go to the health store like GNC and get a pill called GLUCOMANNAN that does the same thing Propolene does for like $12 a bottle. Its the same thing Propolene is but lots cheaper. There was really no side effects that i was aware of. My neighbor and I both tried it and returned them for our money back. hope this was helpful to you.
Reply:Yes, I have been using Propolene for 1 and a half months now. I've lost 30 pounds. This is no joke. I haven't even exercised much. As far as eating what I want, I do limit myself. I also have had zero side-effects (thank God) and hope I don't get any. But it's working. I didn't believe it would but it's working. I've heard lots of negative reviews about Propolene and how it's like a laxative and it bloats and doesn't work but I guess everyone is different. I am satisfied so far.
Reply:I was watching 20/20 and the shoe was about diest pills. How they put fake pictuers, advertisments. Some of the people who say they are doctors aren't. The paid this guy to get fat and then drop thye weight and become buff again.
