Anyone tried the ECA Stack? [eca stack] [appitite]

Has anyone tried taking the ECA Stack?
Apparently it should accelerate the metabalisim in the body, increases the internal body temp a few degrees and can also help reduce appitite and encourage energy.
My hubby came across it on the net, and after some digging around found That we can make our own by buying three separate tablets.
These consists of a half a 300mg aspirin
chesteze tablet
3 Pro Plus (caffine)
(can be bought at any drugstore or supermarket here) and went
I I double checked this and the dosage and we started to take Thursday (05/18)
My hubby is not feeling too well, and by Friday he was tired and a lil sick, drink plenty of water when we were commissioned, he decided to come, because I felt ok I am still taking it.
It s now Sunday (21st), I do not feel too bad, a bit of an upset tummy and can not really sleep well at night, but I thought it has to be worth try.
I to the gym now for 8 weeks and is working hard to resume weights and low tone and some weight (I know that muscle weighs more than fat)
Sooo thought I would leave here to see if anyone has tried this and if it even works, the research Ive done seems to be positive, I will keep you posted on what happens.
please note that it is advisable not to take this as a high blood pressure or heart complaint.
