Reply:The problem with these diet pills or any type of diet pills is that you are only setting yourself up for failure. Some people may see results by losing weight, and you may too, but this weight loss is only temporary. As soon as you stop taking these or any pills, you will gain the weight back and some. I have tried to explain this to my mother many times, and have failed. She has struggled with her weight and turns to diet pills. Unfortunately, the only way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight is a change in lifestyle. The food you eat and the exercise you add to your life will work wonders. It will take some time, but the payoff is great. Many people take these diet pills to get a "quick fix", but trust me, the outcome in the long run is not good.

Reply:I tried it for a few months, but I didn't notice any results. I was eating healthier and exercising regularly while taking it – so any weight I lost while taking the pills came as a result of diet & exercise- not the pills. It's not a product I'd recommend.
Reply:Yes I have tried that and I finally gave up, I have been on it for about a month and nothing happens. I have no energy, my appetite was still the same it was horrible. A friend of mine had tried it along time ago when there was ephedra in it and she lost a lot of weight. Dont waste your money like I did. :rolleyes:
