Best way to lose 5-10 pounds [whole grains] [south beach]

Hi there. I am an active 33-year-old woman who has put on eight pounds in the last few months. Im not sure why this happened, if I exercise 5-6 times a week and eat the same way I always have, that is pretty healthy (lots of fruits and vegetables, , low fat meat and dairy, etc.). I want to lose those few pounds, so my clothes fit as comfortably as usual. What is the best way to do this? Atkins, , eliminate meat, etc.? Any advice would be appreciated. I would also like to hear from others who have only a little, and how they did lose. Thanks a lot. :)

Reply:Hmm well everything seems right. You could stick to this lifestyle and everything. Just make sure you burn more calories than you take in and the weight will come off. Try eating 5/6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 and drink lots of water. Water (and tea) should be the only things you drink. Well some juice occasionally should be fine as well.
