Body For Life . week 2 days 4 [upperbody workout] [meal replacement]
Guess what everyone! I made it to day 12. Day 12 is the day I always stop at or before in my past experience of trying to complete BFL. I did not just 12 days but I did great today. Im done with my upper body workout in perfect time with proper rest intervals. I ate very well today and I actually consumed a meal replacement shake for one meal (something I always write in my diary as a goal, but never). Tomorrow I have my cardio and free days to eat Sat YAY! I just want pizza:)
