Body For Life Week 3 Day 1 – SCALE Damn! [upper body workout] [good cardio workout]

Hi everyone! Well today was good. I long healthy choices with my food and I did not cheat. I had a very with my mother. Even when I posted yesterday I said that I only last week after four training sessions but I felt like I could not skip my workout. So I did my at 1:00 pm: nono: I would not have tried to strike, but bite the bullet and as late showed me that I really try to do this program. Oh yeah . Im 2 lbs. I weighed myself this weekend and the scale showed that I lost 7 pounds, but I wieghed in today only two pounds weight showed. I guess Im just concentrating on how my clothes feel because the scale driving me crazy! Night all

I weighed myself this weekend and teh scale showed that i lost 7 lbs but i wieghed in today it only showed a 2 lb weight loss. Reply:I can relate to the frustration. DH is on week 3 also and is only down 2lbs. He is getting very frustrated right now. He doesnt cheat until his day. I can see subtle differences in his physique but not enough to make him happy. I dont know if you have a sudden drop later on or what.
