Ive heard of a thing called water intoxication, and I was shocked considering I drink on average about 5-8 bottles of 1 liter per day. That is only on hot days, I usually drink about 2 or 3. Is that bad and what can I do that I can still drink a lot, but safe? Care? [Continue]
