Does anyone write diet plan? [food plan] [shopping]
Hi, everyone
Does write down what they eat every day? I have not done, but I think it is very easy for me to lose.
I tendency to yearn for food and sometimes I wonder if it would be more dificult to one or more easily plan.
I am well on my eating plan which I did not write down what I eat to be.
How do you choose your food? Did you go shopping once per week or more?

Reply:I have a program set up in access on my laptop, I either enter what I eat as I go or plan ahead if I have time. I also weigh everything I eat. I eat almost the same things weekly so its easy for me to do and I also like to do it to see my protein, carb, fat %'s. I like to aim for 40-40-20.
Reply:As part of the Weight Watchers plan, we record things BEFORE they go in our mouths. We also put a point value down and only eat a certain number of pts a day. So, it may be helpful for you, so you can see what it is you are eating each day.

Yes, I eat everything that I put down. I also measure with a weigh scale to know exactly how many calories I am eating. I know this sounds wierd, but it has helped me to lose 30 lbs. See what works for you and you will do great!

Reply:The reverse for me. I write down everything immediately after eating it, unless I prepare it from scratch and then I record ingredients and write down caloric totals while I'm cooking.
