Eliminating the “pooch” [pooch] [quot]
Can anyone suggest a way that works? Im 21, Im 51 “and I weigh 96.2 pounds. According to my friend scale. Lol But I have a pooch and some” overflowage on jeans “on the sides have, it makes me look like Im 3 months pregnant, but that bothers me. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well when I don't try to watch it, I can easily consume way over 2,000. When I was little I was put on a high calorie diet cuz I was so small. lol Now I've tried restricting myself to 1,100 a day, and 24g of total fat. The rest of me is small, like my wrists measure 6" around, and I can't afford to lose anything in my boobs cuz I barely got them as it is. LMAO

Reply:Hi, i'm 21 and 5 foot 2, but i'm overweight and i would love to be your weight. I'm abit surprised you have the pooch thing but saying that i had that when i was a normal weight and underweight.
I'v read that the best thing to do for that area is cardia to burn off the fat. But because you are such a low weight i think your abdominal muscles might just be abit weak, so some situps and core abdominal work with workouts such as pilates and yoga might work for you.
You could also be bloated, so you could try cutting out foods like bread (or foods that make you bloated) for abit to see if that makes any difference. Or if you really want to get rid of the bolatedness, you could try a colonic thing, its kinda embarrassing but it does a good job.
