Everyone is trying Relacore? [appitite] [stress levels]
I just started Relacore on Saturday, I havnt noticed any changes in my stress or an increase in energy that the two main reasons why I chose Relacore. I have noticed a decrease in appitite, although that may also be due to the incredibly hot weather, but Ill just credit to Relacore.
I was wondering if anyone else has ever tried and how it worked or works for you.
Also how long after the start you noticed any differences?
Reply:Yes, I have tried Relacore. After a few days, I felt really crampy–almost like PMS but more severe. I kept at it for a few more, hoping it would go away, but it didn't. It really didn't help much with appetite for me though. I ended up giving it to a friend of mine. She didn't have any problems and did use the whole bottle. She didn't have much luck with the weight loss though. I've tried MANY over the counter ones and the only one which I think helped was Xtreme Lean by Nature's Bounty. That was last year. I ate salad and yogurt and lost 30lbs, but was also excercising (walking/biking) Since reading all the posts, I have decided to try the Lipodrene everyone talks about. I am concerned about the ephedra, so I have ordered the Lipodrene Lite which has half the ephedra in it. I don't know how well it will work, but will post with progress (if there is any) once I've been taking it for a bit. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Sorry I got off track. I hope my info on the Relacore helps. Hopefully it will work for you. I would love to lose an inch or so off my waist!!! Keep us posted on how you're doing.
Thanks—–

Reply:Well since I am apperently the only person on these boards that has tried Relacore I'll tell you how it has worked for me so far. Well I have lost an inch in the past week which I'm totally thrilled about, and that is with minimal exercise and half assed dieting, it really does help to reduse your appitite.
Unfortunitly it doesn't do anything for stress and the only time I have noticed and type of energy boost is at 11:00pm when I really dont want it.
Oh also I have noticed that sometimes I'll get a little jittery but it doesn't last long and its not everyday either.
I just thought I would just inform anyone interested in trying it how it has worked for me. Also if there is actully anyone who has used Relacore before I would really appreciate hearing how it worked for you.
