Extremely frustrated [body wraps] [old clothes]

Okay, I went through a friend of and most of them fit. Well, right? Yes, if youre supposed to be a size 12 and you discover you a 16! This super me! I do not eat like a pig and Ive done and , and everything under the sun next to work for one hour per day. I do not have the time or energy to spend practicing. I have two jobs and am a single mother of a toddler.

Please Please someone tell me what I can do. I know that exercise is essential, but I can not myself get up and training. I do not have it in me, so I can not start with something I know I do not finish. I know that there are things I can do as much as some are every day. I sit on both my job and Im usually taking phentermine my appetite reduction. Is not there anything else I can do?

Please, no pep talk, Ive heard it all.

I understand the work, kids just not having time. I was on Lexapro for 2 months (I quit smoking) and gained 25 lbs. Not sure what the cause but the Lexapro, I craved carbs and felt bloated. Off lexapro and felt better!!!

The Dr took me off Lexapro and put me on Phentermine also. My Dr and pharmacist told me I could not take Lexapro with phentermine….seretonin syndrome.

Even with phentermine it is calories in calories out…it does not matter how busy you are. If you can find time to exercise it will give you more energy to do the things you have to. I work out at 4:30 am done and on with the day. If you are having problems please talk to your Dr..mine has been very helpful. And water, water, water!!!

about the only thing I can suggest
try to eat better than you do stop all junk foods, and eat more healthy foods if your not into veggies, then about the only thing left is processed foods like cereals oatmeals eggs and meats/ proteine, fruits, low cal stuff like yogarts, nuts almonds, ect,, the sweetner you ues is a good start,
just remember the calories you put in your mouth is what its all about period.
the less food you eat the better the weight loss but you have to eat, and a balance diet is the best way.

I COUNT CALORIES/EXERCISE.
IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR ME!
IT TOOK SOME GETTING USE TO BUT I DID IT.

I TRY TO HAVE ABOUT 300 CALORIES FOR BREAKFAST THEN ABOUT 500 FOR DINNER AND 500 FOR SUPER.
THATS ONLY 1300 CAL… SO AT NIGHT I CAN HAVE A COUPLE MORE 100 CALOIRES IF I WANT IT TO BRING ME UP TO 1500 FOR THE DAY.

JUST SPREAD THE FOOD GROUPS AROUND EACH DAY LIKE BAKE CHICKEN ONE DAY, THEN MAYBE GRILL FISH OR BAKED FISH ONE DAY FOR MY MAIN COURSE THEN FEEL IN WITH VEGGIES, SALADS, FRIUTS, NUTS ECT,,ECT,
I LOSE WEIGHT HIS WAY.
AT WORK SNACK ON LOW CALORIES FOODS LIKE YOGART, FRUITS OR PRETZELS, MAYBE A GRANOLA BAR BUT BECAREFUL OF THE CALORIES.

REMEMBER TO COUNT EACH LITTLE CALORIE YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH!……IF YOU CAN'T EXERCISE THATS OK, JUST REMEMBER THE CALORIES YOU EAT IS THE REASON FOR WEIGHT GAIN OR SLOW WEIGHT. LOSS.
Usally it takes some getting use to counting calories, it did for me, I thought i was never going to lose, well after about 5 weeks I started seeing wonderful results and that just made me more motivated.


Reply:it's not that i don't want to exercise, i know i need to, it's always one or the other, either i have the time and not the energy, or i have the energy but i usually have to work. never consistent, i was just wanting to know some things i could do while i was working. This time of year is awful because of all the food. I come from a family of diabetics and sugars and carbs are my biggest cravings. I've subbed sweetener for sugar for my coffee but are there any other substitutes I could make? I'm not a veggie eater and it's just me and munchkin so i don't usually cook.

Well if you don't want to exercise or you just don't have the time, try eating less, less calories in your meals, cut back on what you do eat , altho you mention you don't eat like a hog…lol ….we can still gain even if we don't eat like a hog (no pun intended)…..but my point is if your not exerciseing, then just cut way back on your calories, try around 1200 calories daily for a couple weeks, see what results you have then.
sounds like your just at a mantance leavel with your diet your on now, so cut back on the calories and count each one,
the meds your taking maybe slowing your weight loss to some extent??, sometimes them type of pills will do that.

Reply:I forgot to mention I'm on Lexapro. Could that be the cause? Lex is not supposed to make you gain weight.
