“Fanny Lifter” for the company? [fanny lifter] [small footstool]
Can anyone tell me what the company “Fanny Lifter” is? Its just basically a plastic step? I was planning to buy the company on ebay, but I did not know whether the Fanny lifter to get them. Can I substitute something I have around the house (like a small footstool) or a building, or is there more to this thing than just a plastic step?

Reply:Nope …..that's exactly what it is ….a plastic step. But it does divide into two parts, that way you use the smaller one by itself for the step aerobic part and together for the fanner lifter exercises. If you have something to use, by all means do.
I would like to say that I did these tapes for about three weeks and then stopped due to packing / moving, etc. And I haven't started them back yet. During the end of the third week I went to a company picnic with my boyfriend. Yesterday he emailed me a picture someone had taken of us ….and WOW !! ….The firm was really working and I didn't notice until I saw that picture !!! …….Now I'm SUPER motivated to get back to it !!! ……We're going out of town this weekend, but I'm setting my start date for Monday !!
I'm super excited now that I see it WAS actually making a differance !!
