Gazelle Edge . input / advice? [gazelle edge] [regimen]
A friend of mine is losing her Gazelle Edge machine and I was thinking of taking it from her hands. I have never used one of these. Ive already lost the majority of my weight and only have about 15 pounds or so to go to my goal. We also just moved and where we are today, there is no way I can go walking / jogging / biking down our road (we live on a busy road). I have training videos, so I would encoorporating the machine into my schedule. Would it help? Has anyone used one of these or one of those? Any input / advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Reply:I have it. Its ok. Puts a strain on my back because you keep twisting and turning. Must stretch a lot before doing it.
