Hi all,
I used ephedrine (or ephedra) pills to lose weight and they always worked fine for me, because the extra energy helped me have killer work outs and I ate only what I needed, because they are completely suppressed my appetite take. Ive never been addicted to them or had no side effects. But now they are banned. What should I do?
Has everyone (who used to use ephedrine) found a new pill that has the same effect and results? What increases your energy and your appetite surpresses, such as ephedrine (and I need something strong)?
I know what to do as much as exercise and Im on a good routine. I also know how to eat right. But sometimes my work outs are lazy and I eat when I do not have to. I am convinced that a pill would help me in both.

Reply:I bought it from Alive Health Centre and I know that they have it at popeye's Fitness/supplement stores. These are both similar to GNC so they may have it there to but I have never checked. I like them, it definately gives me a boost in my energy and I don't feel jittery or anything I take them before I'm going to work out with some caffeine
