I just want to know what are some of the recipes of the members would like to share for all of us who wieght loss all together. I would like some tips on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Lets help each other: wave:

My typical breakfast:
1 cup Egg Beaters (egg whites)
Low carb yougurt (sugar free if available in your area)
2 Apple Cinamin rice cakes
24 oz water
Mid morning Snack: Meal Replacement Shake
Lunch: 2 Grilled Chicken Quesadilla's (wheat tortilla's/no fat, fat free cheese)
24 oz water
mid afternoon snack: meal replacement shake
dinner: grilled lemon pepper chicken breast, brown rice, turnip greens, corn on the cob
24 oz water
before bed: various fruits (raw)
24 oz water
