Helen . I read your post on the challenge and am curious to know how you are able to successfully lose weight. I suffer from hypo-T and is also a challenge for me. Im currently using CLA and is slowly working for me. This is the only thing that has made the scale move down instead of up. Thanks .-: wave:-Roni
