how to take CLA? [fruits and veggies] [exercise one]
HI. I am currently with CLA. I practice one hour per day in combination with light weight training. Im not dieting, but I watch what I eat and try to eat healthy, eating the fruits and vegetables and all that. But nothing is happening, I have not lost weight. Does anyone know why? whether and how to incorporate the CLA, so that it works better in my system? I take Tonlin 1000 3 times a day with meals. Any suggestions? Thanks,

Reply:I'm also interested in cla and have read that it takes somewhere between 3-4 weeks in your system before seeing any results. It's not a fat burner, but targets hard to lose fat like your stomach area.
