how to take CLA? [fruits and veggies] [exercise one]

HI. I am currently with CLA. I practice one hour per day in combination with light weight training. Im not dieting, but I watch what I eat and try to eat healthy, eating the fruits and vegetables and all that. But nothing is happening, I have not lost weight. Does anyone know why? whether and how to incorporate the CLA, so that it works better in my system? I take Tonlin 1000 3 times a day with meals. Any suggestions? Thanks,

Reply:hmm, thats a thought. Ive been keeping my calories lower since i started the CLA and upping my protein intake. :) Interesting. So it may be slower since i am taking in less calories?

Reply:what is CLA?Conjugated Linoleic Acid. :D I take 1000mg before each meal. The purpose of taking CLA is to encourage the formation of muscle tissue vs fat tissue WITH EXCESS CALORIES. The reason some of you may not be noticing a significant effect may be related to the fact that you don't ingest EXCESS CALORIES. ;) Just a thought!

I am not taking CLA to lose weight, by the way, but to help me maintain my weightloss. :jester:

Reply:I'm also interested in cla and have read that it takes somewhere between 3-4 weeks in your system before seeing any results. It's not a fat burner, but targets hard to lose fat like your stomach area.
