I have 4 pounds in one day! [suzanne somers diet] [suzanne somers]
Hey guys, I wanted to let you know that I lost 4 pounds in one day on the Suzanne Somers diet. I do not want for myself, but Im ecstatic tooo jinx. I called my mother and told her what I was doing and she said her friend lost 35 pounds in about 4 or 5 months. That was even more encouraging. Go on my band wagon for the results . D) I am also with 2 tablets of Trimspa one days without ephedra. I can put my energy increased tenfold without effects.
Also nervous side, I found the best chocolate replacement. Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate syrup. I had hot chocolate last night before I went to bed and it was great, better than Godiva powder used my roommates. I think I bought at Winn Dixie or Publix, I can not remember, but if you love chocolate you will love it.

I just got home from Pilates class so i hope the weight keeps coming off now that im back on track…

We've gotten the picture that you use to be skinny, same here. Nobody cares, we're all here for the same thing, to compare notes, not go down memory lane. Well I won't cry a river and sorry if I came off sounding like a baby. I don't really have anyone to talk about this weight thing, so I was just voicing my frustrations and one of those is in particular to not being used to this weight. My weight gain not only impacts my self image but it obviously has affected my former career. I was a model. I made my living doing that while I was in school. Im working on my masters now and wouldnt dare go on a go-see now to meet a client, I'ts not likely that I will get work being over 130 lbs. I noticed you posted this at 2 in the morning, well I was out celebrating, but if I was at home on New Years at the computer at two in the morning I'd be pretty cranky too.

Yes I agree…I personally go up 2-3lbs as the day goes on….My goal is to have my "evening" weight be my goal weight if that makes sense….that way I'm under my goal in the morning and give myself those pounds without freaking out, because I too, am a victim of the scale BUT am also educated as to what to expect, how to eat right and clean, expect some of weight gain to be just water weight.
I only have 10lbs to loose and spend one week losing 4lbs and one day gaining two…..LOL this is a learning experience for a lifetime change…it does take time and LEARN LEARN LEARN as long as I'm creating a calorie deficit…eating healthy and clean foods…I will loose weight. If I do cheat or eat crappy, I get my tennis shoes on and WORK it off by jogging..(still working on a habit of excercise) but I won't dwell on my own inabilility to resist the temptation of POP TARTS!!!

And just like the other posters have said, don't make the scale your life support. I've used trimspa off and on for about a week and a half now and have noticed a difference in appearance, but I haven't weighted myself once because I don't want to get wrapped up into pounds and the scale. Anyway, hopefully you are setting up a long-term weight management. Good luck to you and I'm off my soapbox.

I have weighed 155 for about 6 months and then over the holidays I was at 159, I freaked thats the most I ever weighed so I probably just gained 4 lbs of water weight…..
Im gonna post a question about water weight on this forum.. maybe you can shed some insight

Reply:Please allow me to be devils advocate. Do the math it takes burning an extra 14,000 calories to lose 4 pounds. Absolutely impossible in one day. It is water weight. Not be get discouraged but dont put your emotions in the scale it will back fire. Set yourself up to lose and you will but not that fast.

Hahaha…. When I was 25 my boss, who met my parents once called them up and invited them out to dinner. My boss then came up to me and told me about it and said I couldn't go because it was just for the grown ups. I had finished college, got a job, bought my own house and I still wasn't allowed because I was considered a kid. Oh well, take it as the compliment.

Thanks for the input, I've always been a rail so I've never had to worry about my weight. This is all very new to me so I don't know how often I'm supposed to be cking the scale….
Once a week is a lot less stressful… I will definitely start doing that.
By the way am I still a kid if I'm 25? That brightened my day

Reply:You might want to weigh yourself at the same time everyday for accurate results.
I weighed myself around 9 am on Sat morning and then today around 10 am so its close enough.
I won't weigh myself at night because its depressing….
