I have a suggestion. [soda] [suggestion]

I am a 20 years old man, I weigh 170-175 pounds and Im 61 “. I do not have much actual effect. Im looking at some of the fat away by a kind of work to burn out . I do not have much so I would imagine that it should not be too heavy. My question is what would be a good way to accomplish this?

I was wondering if cutting from my diet would help this process do?


Best Answer: I can't think of any cream that fits that description. Sorry.

Silvadene is a pretty gentle cream. I've never heard of any odd feelings from it.


Reply:Men don't usually "tone" with light weights.

Reply:Yes yes Mokoli cutting pop will indeed help. My brother wanted to lose alittle and he cut out his pop and started swimming. Swimming is a great toner. Your heighth and weight are pretty compatible so it seems like you need to tone not lose weight. Get some light weights and do more reps and you will tone easily. If you want to build rather than just tone do heavier weights with less reps. But pop is a bad culprit and alot of people don't realize it.

Reply:if you don't want to go to the gym, yet want to work out with stuff like that, take a soup can and lift that! although that's probably too light for you, since you're a dude.. so um.. i'm out of suggestions. sorry!

Reply:I don't know of anything else that u don't require equipment for. Rollerblading requires eqiupment, biking requires equipment, crosstrainers require equipment, swimming u need to go to a pool unless u have a lake near by.

Reply:I don't really want to goto a gym or anything, I was thinking i'd just run up and down this big hill near my house. I was hoping someone else could tell me of something better then running that doesn't require equipment.
