I am new to this site. Im glad I found it. I am 29 and have two children. Before I had kids I weighed 120 pounds. I weigh 148 pounds now. Ive lost some weight but still want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I exercise and eat well, but the rest of the weight will not come off. I usually eat three meals a day and have two snacks. It is especially my stomach, hips and thighs. Does anyone have an opinion on what I can do? I will try diet pills as long as they are safe and inexpensive. I will also use herbs and natural products. Help Im frustrated! Thanks

If you aren't into nutritional products then make sure you are drinking alot of water like 64 oz.+ per day and try to do some sort of cardio at least 3 times per week and that will increase your metabolism.
