In Need of Weight Loss Help! [diet sodas] [masc]
I am in need of help with weight loss, I am 19 male, a little MASC and build bigger ones, I tried to lose weight now for quite some time, tried low carb and everything worked low carb but when I was off me back received and then some. Im looking to get rid of that belly fat! I do not eat much, but keep it abover 1200 ish, Im looking for more of a low fat approach to try, I smoke, drink and occasionally diet drinks, I feel like I never get rid of my stomach. I used to workout at the gym all the time that helped but I never where I wanted, I am now 195 and would like to lose 20-30 pounds, if someone could help me with advice I would appreciate !

Reply:Hey there, I have the same problem you do. Working out in the gym is all good I do it myself. But you need to hit the cardio. 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week will help a lot. If possible do it ASAP in the morning b/c you'll get your metabolism in high gear and you'll keep burning calories through out the day. But just doing the cardio is the most important part. Also, drink plenty of water, aim for at least a gallon a day, that'll make you feel better. You might be eating too little, if you're active and only eating 1200 calories a day your body might be going into starvation mode. Also try not eating after 6:00 that way the food you eat for supper will burn off before it can turn to fat in your sleep.
