Reply:Thanks Janette.
I know what exercise do you refer to. As you and Jen, I think pilates is good for legs exercises.
Thanks all.

I have a great inner thigh exercise – but please only use it to tone your inner thigh muscles, not to remove the fat covering your muscles… because it can't do that. Perhaps you could build some muscle there to make them look more sculpted, but like I said, thigh exercises do not burn thigh fat. You burn fat through any cardiovascular exercise, and you cannot choose where to lose the fat (your body does).
Having said that, here is my favorite inner thigh exercise:
Lie down on your left side, with your legs stacked on top of eachother and pointed slightly forward. Extend and bend your arm to support your head. Take your right leg, bend it from the knee, and place your right foot on the floor in front of your left thigh. Now for the exercise part! Lift your left leg off of the floor, squeezing your inner thigh muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Do as many sets as you wish, and then lie on your other side to exercise your other thigh.
I got this from my Pilates video. Works GREAT! ![]()

Thank you for your reply, Jen!
I have the complete Winsor Pilates which I got in december 04. I have not being constant with the exercise. But I am planning to start again today. I will keep you posted of my advance. How are your results going? what other exercise (beside pilates) do you do? and for how long?
Thanks,
guy
