Is this bad? – Help plz [cabbage soup diet] [organic milk]
I want to lose weight, I started eating healthy and pasting. Besides the cabbage soup diet that works for me, my day goes something like this:
Breakfast: A handful of corn with 1% organic milk or a little fruit salad
Snack: Soup and either fruit or vegetables or perhaps a small yogurt
Lunch: Soup or with vegetables or fruits
Snack: vegetables, soup, fruits
Dinner: soup, vegetables or fruit, maybe a potato every couple days.And every other day fish.
Throughout the day I drink lots of water, Perrier mineral water and even to some kick to to add. Do you think this plan will help me go about 10-15 pounds in one month and half more? With a moderate cycling every other day and some walking? And whats wrong if anything?
