Reply:york, yes this is the kind of food I have been eating sense Monday. Yeah, the nuts fill me up pretty well. I normally have an egg after I workout, but every third day or so I switch it up and have nuts. I know they are pretty high in calories and sodium, so I try not to have them too often. I really don't want to get sick of eggs yet though
guy, ummmm yes…a bad habit I do have is 1 cup of coffee in the morning (black…). I used to drink about 3 or 4, but I now cut back to one (for a few months now). I like my cafeen in the morning. No for other juices…i don't have any. LOL, I use the teddy grahams as a kind of reward…every few days if I stick right to my diet and exercise. Thanks for the advice about breakfast…I have oatmeal here too that I switch up with cereal every few days. I also sometimes have an egg and toast in the morning too.
