Reply:I have an appointment to see a dietician (spelling) and my I have another appt with my Dr and I am going to go on an exercise regiment.
Well I would drink Mt Dew excessively like water. Eat fast food pretty much everyday of my like 1-2 times a day for the past 10-12 years and sit at a desk alot.
I have eliminated caffiene, sugar, fast food completely. I drink only water w/lemon juice and ate veggie pizzas and Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc
Portions are key and I time my meals out pretty well.
My goal is to be at 185lbs. But I know it will take exercise to get me there.

Congratulations on the weight loss. That's great. How are you doing it exactly? If you are eating well, including a lot of veggies and fruits then you should be okay. I would suggest seeing your doctor though. Maybe get a blood test done and see what your levels are like. Then your doctor can tell you if you are difficient in anything.
