Lost 76 pounds in 4 months! [alot] [butt]

Well today I went to the doctors and I weighed 167 pounds, which was adopted by 243 lbs. exactly four months ago. I know it seems a lot of weight, but I was pregnant and I got so much weight and you tend to lose weight faster than normal, not to say that I havent works off my ass to do, between the pursuit and dieting was hard work a lot. I know I still weigh a lot and my goal is to get at least £ 130 so unfortunately still leaves me with 37 pounds. but I keep telling myself that I had lost 76 pounds, so why should not I be able to rest go. I only exercise for the past month and half, because I had a csection, and was unable to exercise. So I figure now that I feel good and I can really increase the exercise routines I would be able to get my goal (hopefully) to obtain. My doctor was not so enthusiastic about my weight as me because he said I should be careful and that was a lot of weight to lose in a short period of time. He said I should only be to lose two pounds a week. Well anyways I was very happy and wanted the news to someone because I never told anyone I know exactly how much I lost, because I did not want them to know what I weighed, so its nice to be able to share share the truth. I know that seems like of weight but I was pregnant and I gained so much weight and you do tend to loose weight faster than normal, not to say that I havent worked my off doing it, between exercising and dieting it was of hard work. I know I still weigh and my goal is to get down to at least 130lbs so unfortunately that still leaves me with 37lbs. but I keep telling myself I already lost 76lbs so why shouldn't I be able to loose the rest. I've only been exercising for the past month and a half because I also had a csection, and wasn't able to exercise. So I figure now that I'm feeling good and I can really increase the exercising routines I should be able to obtain my goal (hopefully). My doctor wasn't as excited about my weight loss as me because he said I need to be careful and that was of weight to loose in a short period of time. He said I should only be loosing up to 2lbs a week. Well anyways I just was very happy and wanted to share the news with someone because I never told anybody I know exactly how much I have lost because I didn't want them to figure out what I weighed, so its nice to be able to share the truth. Reply:Congrats I Know U Must Feel So Excited. I Just Wanna Tell You That You After I Had My Son Of Course I Had To Weight 6 Weeks. Well After That I Hit The Gym 3-5 Days A Week And Worked My Off. In The End I Actually Weighed In At 7 Pds Less Than What I Was When I Got Preg. Just Dont Give Up It Can Be Done. Youll Feel Sooo Much Better Also. Good Luck!! :)
