Man (29) must weightloss guidance [small breasts] [excercises]

:) Hi,

Ima 28-year-old man (about 5 “9) and the need to lose weight in a problem area.

I have recently successfully dieted (a word ?!?!?: confused:) my way of 13 stone 10.5 stone, but my diet has left me with horrible fat on my chest, making it seem like I have .:(

Im desperate to try to tone up and get rid of this, as I its making me very self conscious about how can I advise someone look.

Can of the best exercises to target this part of my body because I am not a member of a local gym (yet) intend to join, but in the near future, and in the meantime would like to start these attacks. .

Any advice would be greatly appreicated

At 147 pounds (10.5) stone, you probably don't want to lose any more weight and at your age, it's not "baby fat" on your chest anymore.
You can TRY Jinx's recommended exercises to put some muscle into those pecs to diguise the shape of the fat, but often it takes a nip and tuck at the plastic surgeon to remove the excess breast tissue (called Gynectomastia.)

It's a common procedure, but not convered by insurance and probably costs $$$$$Plenty$$$$.

If your man-boobs aren't too big, adding the muscle can often look pretty good, sometimes even better than that…people have to guess whether it's mostly muscle or mostly fat…:D:D
If most off the fat is at the bottom around the nipple area, it's often only the surgeon that can help.

Did your chest bother you when you weighed 13 stone?


Reply:Hi Neil. Congrats on the weightloss!! Unfortunately the only way to lose the excess fat is to diet it off. There is no way to spot reduce fat in a certain area unless you get cosmetic surgery done.

There are some chest exercises you can do to build the muscle in that area while you are reducing the bodyfat.

Pushups
Chest Flyes
Bench Press

If you get a gym membership then you can start using cables for workouts such as cable crossovers.
