mayo diet / grapefruit diet / vinegar diet [apple cider vinegar] [suzanne somers diet]
Hi Im 45 pounds in the past Suzanne Somers diet four years ago after our third child and received 10 back. So I tried again and my body said “NO”. So I tried Atkins for 2 weeks and not an ounce left. My metabolism a shock is needed, so I surfed th internet and tried the Mayo diet (2 eggs / 2 bacon 8oz unsweetened grapefruit juice) and what Ive done is add 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar juice (no honey) and in two days I lost 5 pounds. No way you say “road “.
I was 155 and 150 now only £ 15 more to lunch go.
For I will have a big salad / meat and of course my grapefruit juice cocktail. And at least 10 glasses H2O
I plan to maintain by eating low carb for life and treat myself to what I want one Friday per month. : Wave:

Reply:I put 1 tbsp in a glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice(4 oz) before meals. There is a great book (used) on {REMOVED} called Grapefruit and Apple cider Vinegar combo diet by MAGNI that i got for about 3 or 4 dollars that has a great eating plan that goes with the plan. So far i have lost 10lbs but that was also coupled with low carb eating.

Or you can try and buy the apple cider vinear pills from walmart. I think i am going to do that today because i am taking a break from all of the acid. I have taken a week off for that reason. The combination of the 2 causes your body to burn baby.
