I recently joined, and I was wondering if anyone has tried? I fasted last night and had my blood drawn today. I start my treatment on Monday-Wed class on Tuesday, starting what I learn in class on Thursday. I want to lose 35 pounds, and she put me on a twelve week program. My target date of January 15! : Eek:
I was just wondering if anyone has positive or negative experiences with their programs.
