Hi, I am a 16-year-old man . Ive tried to loose weight . everytghin im about 6 “2 and im not fat . but as I HVE big love handles and a tuimmy . I really want to get rid of it can someone help me plz . im takin meta slim but if I Duno will work?
Reply:I didnt know you were 16 either..your a growing boy (man) You wont fit your skin for another few years..You just need to tone up a bit with weight training. throw in a few hours of cardio a week to keep it up and you'll be in tip top shape in no time!!
My boyfriend is 5'10" and he weighs 170 and looks small..He wants to get 185 (buff). You are 6'2" You should be like 220. Just turn it all into muscle and you'll look fabulous!!
