Midsection for a fat guy? [upper torso] [muscle mass]
Well, Ive done much in the last six months time to improve myself physically and you / this site are a tremendous help. So far I have lost close to 51 pounds and my overall strength and muscle mass.
It seems my waist is not getting smaller. Ive definitely lost some weight there, but most came from my torso and legs. I have about thirty more pounds to go. So just male biology that makes you lose the fat around your belly last or should I really worry? I am currently 233 pounds and am 511.
