Hi, I want
I Atkins to start, and I ordered the book today . it will not for a week . But I read somewhere that you can not drink milk on Atkins . Yikes! Non-milk is my favorite drink . ever . any suggestions .? Thanks in advance
Reply:Yep, milk is out. Heavy cream is allowed though (2-3 tbsps. per day during induction). Perhaps you could add water to the cream and it might take like non-fat milk. I missed milk too. Now on day 13 of Induction and I don't miss it at all. Your taste buds and what you crave will really change on this eating plan.
