My Food / Exercise Plan! Please help! [aerobics today] [diet exercise]

Hi, well I started HIIT and this is how the 3-minute walk went.

1 3.5mph
1 minutes jogging at 4 to 4.5 minutes in mph
1 mph
1 5 minutes at 6.5 mph
then repeat for 20min.

It is not very intense in speed, but sometimes you push the tab to 7-8 mph. My last minute I hit about 8 mph, then walk away for 2 minutes. So my training is approximately 23 minutes long. I want to give myself a week to boost my endurance up so I can increase the speed. So this does not seem as of now? I just want to around 10 pounds, maybe 15 losses.

Btw, can someone check my diet plan?

Breakfast: Protein shake w / milk. 200 calories
Lunch: either a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, or PB + J on wheat. Today I bought lunch at school and had a chicken patty with french fries . Bad, I know.
EXERCISE, take another protein shake with milk about 30 minutes – 1 hours after workout.
Dinner: What is cooked. Today I had a Boca Burger Chicken on wheat bread with baby carrots 5.

Of course, nothing but water, water, water. :)
