need help with weight [vegetables and fruits] [arms and legs]
Hi Im 58 “Man and Im 137 pounds. Im trying to lose 10 pounds, so I can play better in sports. So far nothing works I eat about 2000 calories a day, but I workout for 3-5 hours a day, 7 days a week. I really buff arms and legs, but the inner thigh and stomach has a little flab on the ABS. But, I eat pretty good fruit and vegetables now and then a dessert. Have you need help thanks
