no weight loss . [calories] [going on a diet]
I tried to go on a diet where I ate less and exercised more, I was on this diet for 2 weeks and saw absolutely no result . takes longer than that? or am I doing something wrong? I am thin built, but have a lot of fat on me and I really want to shed those layers. On my diet I aimed for about 1100 calories a day and exercised at least 30 minutes per day. Any advice / help? : Confused:

Don't judge any diet on the results of two weeks. Think back on how long oit took you to gain the extra fat; plan on using that much time to lose it.
For most people 1100 calories is too severe. Why not bump it to 1200-1300.
Remember too, results of caloric restriction don't care where we AIM, just on what we ACHIEVE:D:D!
Be patient, it will work!
