Hello everyone, Im 14 years old
, and medium height and want to weight.I barey eating dairy products because they make me feel like Ive sick.SO CnAT milkshakes n stuff.Doe someone knows so products I could use, that could Makem e on weight? I barely eat that much because Ive lost my appetite a bit.But there is a lot of thin people in my family so I dunno yeah.Ive heard of this thing milkshake powder ucan have ot help you put on weight might try Ishould though perhaps Makem e feel sick! plz

Ive heard of a thing called water intoxication, and I was shocked considering I drink on average about 5-8 bottles of 1 liter per day. That is only on hot days, I usually drink about 2 or 3. Is that bad and what can I do that I can still drink a lot, but safe? Care?

For dinner I eat a balanced diet (the food pyramid, a sufficient amount of protein, carbohydrates simple and complex carbohydrates and a sensible, small amount of fat), but I do not want the calories more than 1,500. I eat 4-6 meals a day. Really I have three meals, but all I will cut them in half and eat them at different times.
For aerobic excersize excersize I will do 4 times a week. Im out of shape now (not serious, but enough), so I will do it now for only 10 minutes per day. I w

Hi, I currently have a large mass of research in the university, reptiles, and something everyone is interested in health . My problem is that I have been gaining weight especially in my thighs. Its getting to where I have more pants sometimes unflattering, unless my favorite pair of black dress pants/slacks.
My question is wearing clothes, there is a workout that will shrink your thighs? And how long should I do this.

As a FYI – As many of you may know, smoking increases the human metabolic rate a good deal . Someone who smokes regularly will burn more calories (24 hours around the clock) than someone who dosent
Most . Unfortunately, the person faced with stopping smoking is hit by a double whammy – giving up smoking is hard enough – but finding his or her weight go up without apparent reason adds insult to injury .

Im on a diet and lost eight pounds in two weeks, thats great for me, especially since it is not a fad diet, its just pure healthy eating six times a day and exercise. But I got back another pounds at night due to my period and bloating. I feel so dirty now . I am bold roles I never felt feelings before (I know a pound is no big deal, but I feel fatter than last week). Im really bloated. So my question is . is there a way to get rid of water? Do water pills work or something?

Hi everyone Ive lately is not very hungry, so I do not my own strength te eat, although I eat fruit in plaats of very few, and because I have a few pounds to lose is a good thing, but I wordt nice bad headache and dizziness, is this normal, or what should I do if I was not hungry, I eat or even if it happens, it is because I am now krijgen little calories and my body is not used, it will go away? an opinion, thanks.
