While waiting at the office of the chiropractors, I stumbled upon an interesting article in Prevention (September). It was about how your inability to say “NO” manifests itself in a weight gain. The woman realized she had gained after Preferred much weight . the reasons why. She was a people pleaser and always felt guilty taking time for themselves. The only time she felt she had to care for themselves and making time for herself when she sat down and ate . because you must eat. Think about it,

Since I stopped smoking and got a few pounds, people just seem to inform me that I gained weight or that I am overweight! Why is that ?! As I do not know I had to buy new clothes . Did she really think that I have not fully conscious about my weight since the day I turned around, uhmmm, probably 8 years old?
How I can respond to this crud. Ive lost my x boyfriend and a friend on . My new boyfriend is the next to go . It breaks my entire being seems to days. Why am I so sensitive? How

Everyone knows that if accupressure points for decreasing appetite or weight loss? I did a web search acupressure charts, but could not find anything (other than sites selling tickets for exorbitant prices!).
I never used to buy things like acupressure, but when I had terrible morning sickness a few years ago I got desperate and tried some of those motion sickness wristbands. Worked like a charm. I am similarly desperate to lose weight after trying almost everything else, so I figure

Ok, im lookin for a bit to lose weight before my sisters wedding is not much maybe 15/20 lbs. The only thing is that im quite concerned that sick my breast size loss in the process (36th) Does anyone have suggestions on how I can lose weight, but not my breast size, or even if it is very likely that my breast will shrink, thanks to any help! (I posted this in AFEW different areas. I did not find exactly where it belonged)

Im not the worlds largest computer whiz, but I thought maybe someone here could point me in the right direction.
I may have taken a two week review of my weight in recent years (on agenda) and I want this data to into simple line graphs that year at a time, two lines, one for the high weight of the week, one for the low weight of the week.
If nobody has any idea what kind of program I would use a chart to make as I hear.

Its a bit weird for me. Im even starting to doubt whether fitday.com is still as accurate. Like today I slept quite late. To noon. I had an egg with wholemeal bread (200 cal) and I went to the gym. Calories burned around 1000. came home rather late, I was hungry so ate some chicken and brown rice (about 400 calories). Now its four hours later and Im still happy. Im now just eating an orange, not because I was hungry, or desire for them, but because I had some vitamin C. Im off to eat my spinach

Hi Everybody,
I just started this week with the 3-day cardiac diet, also known as the Cleveland Clinic Diet and the Birmingham Hospital Diet and some other names. Im sticking to the diet, but boy am I hungry. I also feel irritable, dizzy and giddy. I wonder if I use a kind of sugar withdrawal, not enough calories, or something else going on. I keep telling myself its only 3 days a week, so I should be able to handle it, but if I get always this irritable my family me out kicking:)

I had extensive knee surgery and gained weight. I joined a gym to find that my body fat% is 39%! After working with a personal trainer for 18 months until I am 27% body fat, but have not lost more weight. I know its muscle weight and I can remember being 122 pounds again, but I still think 138 is too much for 54 (35yr old). Plus in todays society we are judged by our weight!
