Phentermine u0026 low carb? [phentermine] [low carb]

Hi everyone. I hope everyone is doing ok today. : Wave:

Im taking (37.5mg). My doctor has prescribed to me, and besides having a few headaches and inability to sleep, I am very pleased with the medication.

I him to discover that I actually have to force myself to eat. (No complaints here!) My meal was so incredibly OUT OF CONTROL! Crazy appetite! So this seems to work and I hope it continues to do. Someone else at stake? What have your experiences been?

Ive decided I think Im going low-carb diet healthy while I try on this product. I am a complete carb-aholic, and have tried Atkins a few times in the past, but after 3 days or so I can not stand to eat more meat and it makes me sick. Bah. : Dizzy: Although I have been taking , Ive slowly but surely to cut down on my carbs (but not quite . more healthy carbohydrates). This seems to work fine on the medicine . helping my desires and Im definitely learning how to eat better.

Have any of you had success with a diet and ? Or just some success with would be great to also hear . : D

So far I am losing a lot weight.

Thank you

Jenny

Reply:With an "out of control" appetite and "carb-aholism", it does sound like some sort of plan will be helpful in the long term. There are many "low-carb" plans that are less restricted than Atkins. They all have similar aims, but people find some easier to follow and maintain than others. A search on your favorite search engine or browsing through the library will give you an idea of what is out there.

Reply:I have been on for 8 weeks now and counting calories and have lost 28 pounds. I find it easier to eat the things I should when you do not feel hunger pains! I depend heavily on frozen entrees that I get for $.78 – $.99 at my local Super Walmart. Any will work, they do not have to be the "lean" variety. I find they all contain the same amount of food, I just buy the ones that are 300 calories or less.

My menu usually consists of the following:

Breakfast:
Choice of oatmeal or a mock Egg McMuffin, coffee with sweetener and sugar-free vanilla coffee creamer. The oatmeal is only 150 calories for one-half cup precooked serving, which is one cup cooked, then sweetened with Splenda or Equal and lots of cinnamon. The mock Egg McMuffin, I take 2-3 slices of shaved light ham and put it in a microwave safe bowl, then crack 3 egg whites (17 calories each) over the ham, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes, pull it out and drain the juice from the ham and then put a slice of low-calorie cheese on top, serve on 2 slices of the Sara Lee "Delightful" bread, toasted.

Snack:
Yogurt

Lunch:
One of the entrees and if I did not have the bread for breakfast, 2 slices of the Sara Lee Bread sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray that is 0 calories, Diet Dr Pepper

Snack:
Fruit

Dinner:
One of the entrees, salad with FF dressing, maybe some greenbeans

This is working for me and I do not have to think about it too much. I can find enough variety with the dinners that I do not get bored. I pull one of the entrees out and put it my lunchbox, make my breakfast and put it and my fruit, yogurt, and soda in the lunchbox and throw it in the fridge. The next morning grab it on the way out the door, eat breakfast at my desk and the entrees are thawed from being in fridge overnight so they only take 2 minutes to heat up, come home and fix dinner for the family and throw mine in the microwave. We eat out as a family every friday night and I eat what I want on that night, but find I am just fine without dessert and notice myself eating smaller portions than I used to. Hope this helps you.
