Read another post about the calories [calorie consumption] [cottage cheese]

I just read a previous posters daily food / calorie intake and yikes for me! I was told no more than 1100-1200 cal per day for me! but ive only been eating 900 -1000/day prob with 30 minutes exercise. But im never hungry! I like the food I pick at my cal use to fill me up! I give you all a list of a typical day for me and maybe I can help on what to consume to get something else. first off i hate milk, , cheese reg, pop, pasta and rice. heres what I did and what I had yest today

yesterday:

1 muslix come with lean lean milk
1 Turkey (3 slices) sandwich with Weight Watchers bread and caramel mustard
2 ricecake
3 peices of celery with low fat creamcheese
handful grapes
2 ryvita creamcheese
1 low-fat yoghurt w / handful sunflower seeds

but i wasnt too hungry yesterday either

today:

1 bowl strawberry Special K with skim milk
1 lean cuisine meal (200 cal) with 1 st weight watchers bread
1 caremel cake
1 half rice honey dew
2 small square peices of pea and ham soup chocolate
250 ml (180 cal)
1 fat yogurt w / handful of sunflower seeds

that may not seem like much, but Im really full! I was never a big eater just a real person Snacky. but since Monday I have lost 2 pounds, i dont notice tired in the day and feel a little better. im just worried that im doing my body damage, but how could I the way I was eating before was much more harmful!
