Replacement for Fanny Lifter? [fanny lifters] [fanny lifter]
I bought four solid video, but without the videos. The Fanny Lifters on eBay are really too expensive for me to get, so does anyone know what I can use instead of the Fanny Lifter? I was looking for step stools, but the only ones that Wal-Mart had its 11 “and 12″. Any suggestions? I would like to begin training Monday.

I guess I'll get one of the stools at Wal-Mart.
My only question is now is that would the 11" or 12" stool (whichever one I choose) be good for all the exercises?

Reply:How tall are you? The firm actually used to sell/recomend different height "tall step boxes" depending on your height. The 14" "fanny lifter" is too tall for my 5'4' self because when I step up that high my knee bends way past a safe angle.
The 12" step stool is probably more than tall enough to start out with and may be a better choice if you are petite.
