resistance tubing exercises [resistance exercises] [calories per day]
I am 45 years old and currently consumes 800 calories a day and naturally lose weight. Ive been told that resistance exercises may be of benefit, but I really do not want to build muscle. Is this the way to go? I tried to exercise, but too much or too little ends with the same result. Im building up a good sweat climbing stairs, but unfortunately thats all I do. Before I spend money on the tube, I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on this?
Reply:Well 800 calories is too low..you will be lacking many nutrients having only 800 calories you should be having at least 1200 calories.
