slow metabolism of the pain meds [slow metabolism] [pain meds]
I have chronic pain from a back injury and the meds I take my metabolism is very slow. I also have high blood pressure, which because of its weight about 80 pounds Inde past three years, that was when I was a pain pump put in. My question to anyone who has had, is there someone else there like me and do you have any suggestions to help me lose this weight. Now im on a diet 1200 cal per day and exercising 30 minutes to 60 minutes per day depends on how Im feeling. Ive lost some weight about 7 pounds since August, most of the time Im very positive and dont give up easily, but Im getting depressed about the weight. Its so hard on the top of the pain. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
