Somebody Help Me Out! Please! [docter] [out of wack]
hey everyone! ok Im 15 and Im like 50-60 pounds during the summer, excersizing twice a day walking on the treadmill for an hour and eat now that I think about it . probably under 1000 cals a day . I had no idea it was bad for me and I have talked to a doctor or something about it first . and now I havent had my period since June around . and my hormones are all out of Wack . So my advice to anyone going on a diet: do not eat apple and an egg! its not worth it . sure I lost a lot of weight but now I realize that I did it the wrong way and now I have the consequences . pretty sweet . and now Im obsessed Soo w / how many calories I eat per day and my weight and everything . seriously . it sucks and Im still not eating enough calories now and Im afraid to eat more calories in one go because I do not want to gain weight, because Im sure my metabolism is probly really messed up now. so i dont know wut to do . and Im fricking hair like crazy, and my doctor said that because of my hormones, but I think maybe because I did not eat enough . and I get random freezing during the day . I do not know what to do about anything! and Im supposed to go on the pill to determine my imbalance . I really did not want to go on pills! HELLLLPPPPPPP MMMMEEE someone! I just need to know how much I should eat per day and if I should just jump up to that many CALs per day, or if I should gradually increase . and wut to do about my hair! PLEASE HELP! Sorry, this was soo long and if you read IT, I say Thank you very much!

Reply:I think it's pretty smart of you to be concerned. Your on the right track. Most people when they lose that much weight they don't care about the horrible things that happen when they crash diet. I'm with guy. Stop freaking out, your on the right track. Eat sensible, limit your junk food, sweets and eat very little processed foods. NO FAST FOOD! Eating processed food = always craving processed food. Stick with whole foods. Foods that are foods just as they are. Limit yourself but never deprive yourself. I read something very interesting the other night.. "It is better to eat something without guilt than not eat something and feel bad about it." If you want a cookie, eat a damn cookie and ENJOY IT!! Let yourself enjoy it. Hang in there..

first off stop freakin out, go check with your Dr tell him/her of these things you posted.
blood test maybe ordered?
I think if you just eat sensible and increase your calorie intake to maybe 1500 1700 a day won't hurt you, eat good foods that are good for you, don't eat junk food.
Not eatting or not eatting right will and can mess your body up big time….I know because it happen to me….I crashed dieted one time.
The Dr's don't know why but I lost my instrict factors in my stmoach, thats the little carrier things that take the b-12 from the foods you eat and put in your bloodstream, and now I have to take B-12 injections because of my stupidity.
no one ever thinks bout this but it happen to me..altho I never lost my hair but maybe thats a symptom?
