Sorry to repeat, but can anyone give me a list of carbohydrates, fiber and protein? [bad carbs] [good carbs]

Sorry to the same questions that are asked more than 100 times to ask, but can anyone give me the list of foodstuffs,

1. carbs
2 good. carbs
3 bad. fiber
4 high. High protein

I just want this to print the guide with me so I all the time. Thanks:)


Reply:If you can pick it off a tree/bush or dig it out of the ground and eat it with minimal preparation, then it is a good carb.

Conversely, if it comes out of a box or package and has an ingredient list that reads like a novel, then it is a bad carb.

Ditto for other types of food – the less processed the better.

There is a great little pocket book that just came out this year. I have it but can't remember the name. I'll post it for you later.

3. Nuts, green veggies, whole grains
4. Meat and eggs
5. You forgot good fats…Nuts, Avacados, Olive oil (uncooked), coconut oil (uncooked), flax seed oil (uncooked).

Thanks for your reply :) Would fruits be listed as ? And how would some non-green vegetables such as tomatoes (well, some say it's a fruit) and carrots fit in the list?

Reply:You really need to buy a book. There are some nice little pocket size ones available. Then you can quickly check carbs anytime, anywhere. I keep one in my purse that is just a little larger than a credit card. But just a quick rule of thumb, white flour and sugar are the bad, .
