Hey everybody! Im just looking for some advice .
I am looking for approximately 10 to 15 pounds to lose for spring break. My stomach is a little weak and I want it flat at that time (mid April). Is that possible? : Confused:
If to get on the treadmill every day, walk two miles (4.2m/hr) and walk one mile (6m/hr), and do about 100 crunches a day, I will reach my goal? Does anyone have any advice or other ideas?

Reply:Losing stomach fat is 80% diet, you could walk to the moon and back if your diet is not a reduced calorie clean diet you will not lose the stomach.
