Starch Blockers? Sugar Busters? [starch blockers] [starchy carbs]
I recently read about this and would like to know if someone find them and with success, and if you are, you are combining it with eating a certain plan / diet? What brand are you using? Do you have one or two before your meal? I follow SUGAR Busters and not many eating starchy carbohydrates – I wonder if you eat more whole grain carbohydrates and small quantities, like 1 slice bread, 1 ounce of Fiber One, you need pills or 2 would be enough?
Also, everyone on this site do SUGAR BUSTERS? I have the SB-made plates for the 3FC the site and was just curious is there anyone on this site to SB. I seem to be the only ones in Miami after this Woe, that was long before the SOBE diet, it seems everyone is busy, its really two weeks followed by Atkins SB.
